Well I got interested in photography at 14. My parents bought me a semi-auto point & shoot. From that point on I wanted to know how to get the 'slow shutter' of waterfalls and the dynamic range of 50iso slide film. Not having much info to go off I joined local photography club and took photography at high school. When I was 16 I spent a year in Bolivia, lucky enough I was granted a job with a local fashion photography Charlie Stivarez who taught me much about about lighting, modeling & fashion photography.

I moved to London in 2002 taken a job as a now extinct iPIX photographer, taking 360' images of London restaurants and recognisable locations.

In 2003 I discovered the abilities of my Nikon Coolpix 4500 & the fisheye in which was used to take iPIX 360' pano, I discovered it's abilities to take infra red, by which time I was living in Budapest Hungry. I spent a year experimenting with IR with much enthusiasm.

In 2005 after obtaining a Nikon 70D to take wedding photos I discovered the possibilities of HDR.
Hating the Nikon 70D and only using it for HDR I studied Film & TV.

Currently running a media & DVD production company making indi films, music videos, & the necessary corporate DVDs working with new technologies such as the the RED & Canon HDSLR. As that sounds like fun which it is I really look forward to working on HDRs & Macro in which I have much to learn.

Interests
Recently on our way back from Canberra stopped here as we though it would be a great location to take some HDR Images.
We only had a limited time inside before we found some teenagers hanging around our car, I went out to ask what they were doing and they asked how we had enough nerve to go in. 2 out of the three came in with us and would not leave our sides telling us ghost urban legend story's as we took photos, one stayed outside too scared to come it. The caretaker was quick to come from the noise the outside teen was making. The care taker was nice and we told him what we were doing. He mentioned that police are not interested in trespassers or vandals until the property has a security fence. He suggested that we go and talk to the owner son who lives up the back of the property. We did, the son owners is a very nice guy. I suggest if you want to take photos to go to the house at the back of the property and talk to him.

To create interesting light, you have to create interesting shadows.
